Homologated stackable containers

Our stackable containers stainless steel containers (IBC), approved ADR-RID UN 31 AY, are suitable for the transport of liquids Hazards with a specific density ranging from 1.5 kg / dm3 to 1.9 kg / dm3, with a vapour pressure of not more than 110KPa at 50 ° C, and therefore identifiable in packing groups 2 and 3. All approved stackable containers produced by our company, were subjected, to the vibration test, as required by the updating of the homologation directives.
The approved stackable containers are suitable for the transport of dangerous liquids by land, in accordance with the provisions ADR , Appendix A.6 and RID, Appendix VI, as well as by sea in accordance with the IMDG Code. They are therefore used for the transport of chemical products of various kinds and inks, inks, paints, solvents, alcohols, etc.
Our approved stackable containers can be made of stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316, with carbon steel bearing frame electrically welded hot dip galvanized by immersion, and complemented by various accessories in stainless steel, in compliance with the homologation project related to each type of container.stackable containers have capacities ranging from 500 liters to 2500 liters, per second model, and can also be thermally insulated with injected polyurethane foam and equipped with a stainless steel double layer, to allow heating or cooling of the contained product and, therefore, the temperature control.
Due to the constraint linked to the homologation project of the tanks for hazardous substances, it is not possible to add, remove or modify accessories, thickness and type of material; for the same reason, it is not possible to change size and capacity.

Our company complies with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard for the design, construction, sale and periodic verification of approved stackable containers. The production process is checked and approved annually by the TUV.
