Our company, Azzini SpA, thanks to its thirty years of experience and continuous technological research, is able to develop, design and build new generation industrial containers, equipped with the most advanced temperature control systems, to ensure the correct maintenance of perishable products.
Our industrial containers with studded shirt wall are made of Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 cold rolled stainless steel , with varying degrees of finish depending on the needs. The shirts of the industrial containers and vessels are constructed starting from a flat, cylindrical or conical plate, superimposed on a double layer fixed by spot welding, and offer high performance in terms of safety and efficiency. Thus, more passage channels are created for the fluid (heating or cooling), increasing the turbulent motion with consequent increase of the heat exchange coefficient, all at low levels of pressure loss.
Semi tube and half pipe
Applications equally performing, to ensure a correct temperature control inside our industrial containers , are the semi-tube and the half-pipe, which differ in different sizes and geometries. This type is also built and applied entirely in the company, through the use of latest generation automatic machinery. The half-pipe can be from 2 “(60.3 mm) or 3” (88.9 mm), in accordance with DIN 28128, while the semi-tube is a profile, not standard, used most in the wine industry, having a width of about 111 mm and a height of about 15 mm. As for the double wall of the industrial containers and both types of semi-tube (2 “and 3”), according to the needs, they can be tested according to the CE-PED.
The wrinkled jacket are made of Aisi 304 or Aisi 316 stainless steel cold rolled with different degrees of finishes according to customer requirements.
They are built starting from a flat sheet, cylindrical or conical, superimposed on a wrinkled sheet settled with spot welding.
More passage channels are thus created for the fluid (heating or cooling) by increasing the turbulent motion with a consequent increase of the heat exchange coefficient, all at low loss of load levels.
Half-Pipe and Heating Coil
Equally performing applications, to ensure proper temperature control, are the half-pipe and the heating coil that differ for sizes and geometries.
This typology too is constructed and fully applied in the company, with the latest generation of automatic machinery. The half pipe can be 2” (60.3 mm) or 3” (88.9 mm) according to DIN 28128 standard, while the heating coil is a profile, not standard, most widely used in the wine industry having a width of about 111 mm and a height of about 15 mm. As far as the wrinkled jacket and both types of half-pipe (2” and 3”) are concerned, they can be tested according to the EC-PED standards, if the applications require it.
